How To Use

Founder Tips

I prioritize my privacy and cleanliness when using my menstrual cups in public washrooms. Here’s how I manage it:

My Routine

I carry two cups with me:

  • One is inserted before I leave home.
  • The second is stored in a reusable or ziplock bag.

When it’s time to change my cup and there’s no sink in the stall, I gently remove the used cup, place it in the plastic bag, and insert the clean one.

I prefer not to wipe my cup with wipes in public, as I’m uncomfortable introducing any chemicals into my body. Once I’ve switched cups, I store the used one in my coochie berry toiletry bag. Finally, I use toilet paper to wipe any blood off my hands before leaving the stall to wash my hands thoroughly at the sink.
