Why I Started Sync to Strengthen
I’m not a hardcore CrossFitter — I’m just someone who loves moving my body and staying healthy, but also believes in listening to it.
There are days when I feel strong and push myself in the gym, and others when I need to scale back, rest, or simply take a walk — and that’s okay.
Sync to Strengthen is my personal philosophy for balance. It’s not about following strict cycle-syncing rules or “hacking hormones.” It’s about paying attention to how you feel and giving yourself permission to adjust.
When my energy is low, I don’t force a heavy workout — I scale back.

When motivation dips, I remind myself that showing up — in any way — still counts.
